Kiara Advani leaves fans amazed with her performance in Shershaah

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are currently enjoying the overwhelming response coming their way after they delivered a stellar performance in Shershaah. The movie was premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 12th August. The film has been earning positive reviews ever since. While Sidharth was seen portraying the powerful role of Captain Vikram Batra (PVC), Kiara played his love interest, Dimple Cheema. With her limited amount of screen time, she performs with utmost sincerity and innocence. Kiara made the audience relate to her on so many levels. Her transition from a young college girl to that emotional scene in the climax had us wanting more of her.

Sidharth and Kiara’s chemistry was much loved by the audience and the rumoured couple was seen sharing screen space for the first which was also one fi the reasons why Shershaah was one of the most awaited movies. Earlier in an interview with us, Kiara opened up about working with Sidharth in Shershaah, she said, “Professionally, I have only known him now, this is the only film we have done together. What I observed of him as an actor and as a co-actor is that he is extremely focused and he was very driven. I guess people who have known him before or after have seen that difference. For me, I only saw this version of him. Maybe I don’t know, he was inspired by the role he was playing, he knew the responsibility. But, I knew that this film to him was so special because he had lived with it long before things had come together. He was one of the first people on board even before the producer, director had come together to make this film. I think for him, it’s a big part of his heart and it’s a big part of his life both professionally and personally. I feel today when I watch the film it shows.”

After working on successful collaborations like Lust Stories, Good Newzz and Guilty, Shershaah is Kiara’s fourth outing with Dharma Productions. Looks like, the actress and the production house have a long way to go together.
