Kiara Advani to be part of Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’?

2019 has begun and Bollywood, this year will come up with projects, which will definitely exude confidence. Hindi film industry, over the last two decades or so, has become very professional. Also, over the last 10-15 years, we have seen many remakes and sequels being made and the trend will continue this year as well.

‘Love Aaj Kal’, remember this film? Imtiaz Ali’s film was a unique and different take on love and it had Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. Now, there were reports of ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’ being made featuring Saif’s daughter Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan in lead roles.

According to a source quoted by Times of India, Kiara Advani could be the female lead. Imtiaz Ali will be directing the second installment as well. Reportedly, ‘Love Aaj Kal 2’ is being made with keeping the current situation in mind and offers something new.

If Kiara Advani has landed the role, then it is a huge accomplishment for the actress. Recently, Kiara was in the news for her electric chartbuster ‘Urvashi’ alongside Shahid Kapoor. The chemistry between the two of them was sizzling and very sensual.

Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, is still basking in the glory of ‘Simmba’s success. The Ranveer Singh starrer has done astounding business at the box office and is showing no signs of slowing down.
