Kiran Rao throws a birthday bash for Aamir Khan

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan celebrated his 50th birthday on Saturday. His wife Kiran Rao had set upa surprise bash for the ‘PK’star in Lonavla. surprise bash in Lonavla. The special guest at the event was Mukesh Ambani and his family. Aamir Khan’s brother Faisal Khan, ex wife Reena, Anil Kapoor with wife Sunita, Vidya Balan Sidharth Roy Kapur, Karan Johar, Kunal Kapoor with wife Naina Bachchan, Rajkumar Hirani too attended the bash.

Sources revealed, “There were speeches of course. Many people like Anil Kapoor cried as they spoke about the birthday boy. But what most stood out in an evening of so much celebration and happiness was the respect and warmth Aamir bestows on the women in his life. After first thanking his mother and grandmother, he thanked his former wife Reena who was present and very much part of the festivities”.

Aamir Khan’s children Junaid, Ira and Azad put up a special play which they enacted in front of all the guests. Stand up comedian Raju Srivastav was assigned the task to entertain the guests, but with ‘clean’ jokes. Aamir had a strong opinion on the vulgar jokes cracked by AIB on their youtube show.After the speech session every one let down their hair on the dance floor

Aamir Khan is gearing up for his next project ‘Dangal’. The film will go on floors in September.
