Kirti Kulhari to play a singer in her next film

Kirti Kulhari, who was seen as an IAF pilot in ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’, will be playing a singer in her next. Yes, according to a Mumbai Mirror report, the movie will be about two contrasting personalities meeting together on a road trip.

“What I find interesting about this character is that she is truly liberated, free and and its a freedom that all of us seek but very few are able to find. When I say free she is free in her spirit and not bound by society norms or rules,” she was quoted as saying by PTI.

In another interview with Mumbai Mirror, she said, “Sasha (her character’s name) is not bound by society’s rules and lives life on her own terms. It’s something all of us seek but few find. She reflects who I am in real life.”

“Last year, in February, we travelled from Switzerland to Germany. The weather was beautiful, it’s important to enjoy nature,” she added.

Kirti also said that she enjoys listening to all kinds of music. She has a electronic tanpura and harmonium at home and she finds time for riyaaz regularly. She has also been learning Indian classical for a while.
