‘Koffee With Karan 6’ fifth episode highlights: If you have missed watching Saif and Sara, we have got you covered

The most happening father-daughter duo (Saif Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan) appeared together on the fifth episode of ‘Koffee With Karan 6’ hosted by Karan Johar. It was the most entertaining episode so far. Both Sara and Saif kept the audiences hooked on the show. Here are the highlights of the fifth episode.

The show began with a soliloquy by Karan on fathers and sons. He then invited Sara and Saif on the show. Karan asked whether she is nervous or excited as it was her debut in the show. She has said that she has grown up seeing every episode of the earlier seasons.

Karan then started the conversation asking both about their family. Sara said that she is weird as she is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.

Sara talked about her equation with Kareena saying, “I would be like what should I call her – Kareena or Kareena aunty and my father would be like ‘you would not want to call her an aunty.” She also said that Kareen doesn’t want to be her second mother but a good friend of her.

Talking about her father’s second marriage, Sara said that things never really got uncomfortable with them as everyone handled the relationship maturely. “Everyone has been clear about their dynamics with me. It has never been confusing. Kareena herself says that ‘look you have a mother and a great one and what I want is for us to be able to be friends.’ My father also never said ‘this is your second mother’ or made it any way uncomfortable,” she said.

Sara also said how her mother Amrita Singh dressed her up for Saif and Kareena’s wedding. She said, “My mom dressed me for my father’s wedding. A lot of people would be of the opinion that Kareena was being weird or mom was being weird. It was very comfortable. Everyone was so mature. It was not a big deal.”

Saif also revealed that he wrote a letter to his ex-wife Amrita Singh on his marriage with Kareena. He also said that Kareena too read it before sending across. “When I was getting married to Kareena, for some reason, I wrote a note to Amrita saying this is a new chapter starting. I wrote we had a history and something on the lines of good wishes for both of us,” he said.

Both Saif and Sara also spoke about Taimur Ali Khan as to how he is popular among the paparazzi. Sara said that she finds Taimur cute when he waves at the paparazzi.

In the rapid fire round, Saif chose Alia as a better actor and Deepika as the hottest. Sara said she wanted to marry Ranbir Kapoor and date Kartik Aaryan and wanted to work with Varun Dhawan. She finally won the Koffee hamper.
