‘Koffee With Karan 6’: THIS is the reason why Ayushmann Khurrana didn’t watch the show

In the latest episode of ‘Koffee With Karan 6’, we saw the two most talented actors of Bollywood – Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal. The show has garnered lots of TRPs and it is one of the most watched shows on television. It was Ayushmann and Vicky’s debut on the show and before the start of the conversation, the former admitted that he has never watched the show.

Karan Johar asks his guests whether they have been following or watching ‘Koffee With Karan’ regularly or not. As Ayushmann might have sensed that Karan would pop up this question, he confessed beforehand that he stopped watching the show after he became an actor. “Lately I haven’t seen ‘Koffee with Karan’ because I used to feel really bad. I used to think – why should I watch it when I am not being invited to it,” said Ayushmann.

The ‘Andhadhun’ actor also revealed that when he was new in his career, he once asked Karan Johar his number after an award show. Karan instead of giving his personal number gave him the landline number of Dharma Productions office. When Ayushmann called to say that he wanted to act in one of their films, he was told, “We don’t take outsiders.”

What an irony! The same actor whom Dharma ignored at that time is now climbing on the ladder of success with his pathbreaking performances. He has won audiences and critics hearts with his unconventional roles in movies like ‘Vicky Donor’, ‘Andhadhun’ and many more.
