Koffee With Karan 7: Ananya Panday admits to having a childhood crush on Aryan Khan

Last night on Koffee With Karan 7, Vijay Deverakonda made his debut on the infamous couch alongside his Liger co-star Ananya Panday and the two were a hoot throughout the episode. There were a lot of revelations made, along with some intense conversation as well, but all in all it was a really fun episode.

Amongst the many topics discussed on the show, one was Ananya’s love life. While Karan Johar announced that the actress has indeed broken up with Ishaan Khatter, she made sure to insist that she is single now. There was a brief discussion about her previous liaison with Kartik Aaryan as well. The trio also discussed the new rumours in town, Ananya’s infatuation with Aditya Roy Kapur and how it all began at a a party. Even Karan admitted to the spark in the chemistry between the two.

But while discussing all these relationships, the actress also opened up about her childhood crush. Ananya is best friends with Shanaya Kapoor and Suhana Khan, and the trio is literally a powerful girl gang. So, Karan went on to ask Ananya Panday if she or Shanaya ever had a crush on Suhana’s elder brother Aryan Khan.

The actress couldn’t stop blushing on the mention of his name and said, “Yeah, he’s cute. Yeah, I had a crush on Aryan growing. Yeah, he’s very cute.” But when Karan asked why didn’t this crush on Aryan Khan ‘fructify’, Ananya Panday responded, “Ask him.”

Karan insisted that he would really like to see Aryan and Ananya together as it would be like “childhood sweethearts” getting together, and even Ananya agreed to that. She said, “Yeah, it’s be like a movie.”

Well, it would be really interesting to see these two youngsters be in a relationship as they have been in each other’s company since childhood. But what happens in reality is yet to be seen. Let’s see if this crush will ‘fructify’.
