Koffee With Karan 7: Sonam Kapoor opens up on her pregnancy, says, ‘The first three months were tough’

Sonam Kapoor made a stunning appearance on Koffee With Karan 7 along with Arjun Kapoor. The episode was fun and entertaining. From pulling each other’s legs to spilling a lot of secrets, Arjun and Sonam’s sibling special episode was a treat. Sonam is expecting her first child with husband Anand Ahuja. Sonam and Anand have their first baby due in August this year.

Karan Johar asked Sonam about how her pregnancy was and she told him that the first three months were tough but after that it was amazing. The actress said, “The first three months were a little tough but then after that it was amazing. And now it is getting a little difficult just to sleep and stuff, but I am really enjoying myself.”

Arjun Kapoor interrupted her and said, “Just to give a sense, Sonam said that we will do photos later and that means that it is getting tough now. Because she said we’ll do photos later. Sonam saying photos first is inevitable. She said we’ll do photos later. For now, let’s just shoot.”

Sonam announced her pregnancy in March this year. The actress had shared photo flaunting her baby bump. She had captioned, “Four hands. To raise you the very best we can. Two hearts. That will beat in unison with yours, every step of the way. One family. Who will shower you with love and support. We can’t wait to welcome you. #everydayphenomenal #comingthisfall2022.”

Since announcing pregnancy, Sonam has been sharing photos flaunting her baby bump and pregnancy glow. In June, Sonam had shared photos from her baby shower. She had captioned, “It’s all starting to feel real! This baby is now well on its way and I’m so thankful to @eishabp for throwing the best welcoming party ever, bringing together so many of my favourite people and showering me with love and blessings in the most generous and beautiful way.”
