Koffee With Karan 8: Janhvi Kapoor talks about her philosophy on dating actors, says, ‘They get very competitive and weird’

After Sharmila Tagore and Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor are all set to grace the upcoming episode of Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan season 8. The promo earlier gave a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming episode. On the show, Janhvi opened up about her philosophy on dating actors and called it ‘chaotic’. She further added that the actors tend to get competitive.

Janhvi Kapoor finds dating actors ‘chaotic’

According to ANI, Janhvi said, “It is chaotic for sure. Vanity is such a big part of this profession. I am extremely vain; this profession is where you need to be obsessed with yourself at all times. It consumes you.”

The actress further emphasized the importance of being with someone who is comfortable allowing you to have your moments. Highlighting the challenges of dating actors, Janhvi said, “But I find with actors, they get very competitive and very weird.”

Reportedly, Janhvi has dated Kartik Aaryan and Ishaan Khatter. The actress is now rumoured to be dating Shikhar Pahariya. On the show, Janhvi almost confirmed being in a relationship with Shikhar. As revealed in the promo, Karan asks Janhvi, “Three people on your speed dial list?” and she responds saying, “Papa, Khushu and Shikhu.” Janhvi’s candid response confirms that she’s dating Shikhar.

On the work front, Janhvi last delivered a terrific performance in Bawaal with Varun Dhawan. Fans loved Janhvi and Varun’s chemistry in the same. The actress next has Mr and Mrs Mahi with RajKummar Rao. Mr and Mrs Mahi marks Janhvi and RajKummar’s reunion after Roohi. Their upcoming film will release on April 19, 2024. The actress also has Uljah.
