EXCLUSIVE: Krishna Shroff on being brutally trolled as a teenager: They only made remarks about my weight

While the life of a public figure comes with the glitz and glam; there is also a dark side that is filled with judgements and trolls. Fitness enthusiast and Jackie Shroff’s daughter Krishna Shroff has also been brutally trolled on multiple occasions. In an exclusive chat with us, Krishna opened up about facing such trolls and getting over the ‘noise’ now. Tiger Shroff’s sister said she has grown far past the trolling now and she is more confident in her own skin.

Krishna told us, “To be honest I’m not going to sit here and sugar coat it or bullshit, but to be honest, the first time I remember anything of me coming out in the media was when I went to this charity event with my father for a breast cancer work. There was media there and they clicked my photos and I was a young teenager at that time. I remember those photos came out and I was reading comments and there were just remarks about my weight and things like that. As a young teenager, that is going to play on your mind. Those things affect you.”

Krishna further said that she is past the trolling now and it is all now noise to her, “But as I grew up, the more comfortable I got in my own skin, the more confident I got especially since I started my fitness journey and focusing on my withing and health. All of that is just background noise. I don’t even want it as fuel for motivation as that is genuinely irrelevant to me.”

Jackie Shroff, who was also present in the chat said that he is very confident about his kids and their work speaks louder than all the trolls, “I’m not giving in to it, I think there is no fitting response. If people speak good, they speak good. If they speak bad, they speak bad. It really doesn’t matter because both these kids are focused on their craft and what they’re doing. Toh jab Haathi chalta hai toh chalta hai.”
