Kriti Sanon and team Mimi had a blast on Sunday as they came together to celebrate actress’ first National Award win.

Kriti Sanon won her first National Award for Mimi a few days ago. The actress shared the award with Alia Bhatt, who won for her performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Both the actresses are beyond happy. Talking about Kriti, in particular, she had expressed her gratitude towards fans after winning the National Award. Later, she celebrated her big win with family. On Sunday, Kriti celebrated her National Award win with the team of Mimi.

Kriti Sanon and the entire team of Mimi including Sai Tamhankar and Laxman Utekar came together to celebrate. Mimi was directed by Laxman Utekar. Sai shared photos from their celebration on her Instagram. In the first photo, Sai, who played the role of Shama, Kriti’s best friend in the film, can be seen kissing her co-star on the cheek. In the second photo, Kriti poses with Sai and Laxman. Pankaj Tripathi was missing from the party.

In Mimi, Kriti played the role of Mimi Rathore who opts to be a surrogate mother for a foreign couple. The actress’ performance had won hearts.

Kriti last delivered a terrific performance as Sita in Om Raut’s Adipurush, co-starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh, and Devdatta Nage. The actress will be next seen in Ganapath I with Tiger Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan.

Kriti also has The Crew with Tabu and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Earlier this month, Kriti announced her own production company, Blue Butterfly Films. The actress is set to star, as well as produce the upcoming film Do Patti. Do Patti will mark Kriti and Kajol’s onscreen reunion after Dilwale. The upcoming film is slated to release on Netflix.
