Kriti Sanon opens up about her exit from ‘Lucknow Central’

After the debacle of ‘Rock On 2’, reports had it that Kriti Sanon has refused to work with Farhan Akhtar. She was supposed to feature in Farhan’s film ‘Lucknow Central’, but then she opted out of the project for reasons unknown. Gossip mills had it that this was probably because of Farhan’s failure at the box office with ‘Rock On 2’. Well, Kriti has given out a clarification now.

When asked whether these reports were true, she said, “Not true at all. I was very excited about doing ‘Lucknow Central’ as it is a really good script. My decision to opt out had nothing to do with Farhan. Unfortunately, the shooting schedule of the film got changed and because of some of my prior commitments, I had no option but to opt out of the film. I look forward to working with Farhan in the future.”

Anyway, Kriti will next be seen in ‘Raabta’ alongside Sushant Singh Rajput.
