Actress Kriti Sanon, who belongs to the young brigade of B-town, is teaming up with actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar for ‘Lucknow Central’ and is all excited about this onscreen pairing! She feels that it would be easy to get along with the ‘Wazir’ actor.
Sharing screen space with Farhan for the first time, Kriti spoke about her excitement to an agency saying, “I have met him (Farhan) on formal occasions as he is busy with ‘Rock On 2’. Whatever I have seen of him on and off screen, he has a great sense of humour.”
“He seems to be a nice person. I don’t think it will be difficult to gel with him. When you work with different actors you react differently. I am excited about it (working with Farhan) and you learn a lot,” added the actress.
Reportedly, it has been heard that ‘Lucknow Central’ narrates the story of a few jail inmates who form a band in prison to revive their passion and love for music. Farhan will play a prisoner while Kriti will be seen playing the role of an NGO worker helping the prisoners.
Without revealing many details about the film’s plot, Kriti said, “‘Lucknow Central’ is a unique script. I was sold out on the basis of script. I play an NGO worker.” [sic]
Produced by Nikkhil Advani, the film will mark the directorial debut of Ranjit Tiwari, Advani’s assistant on his previous projects.
