Days before its release ‘Krrish 3’ is embroiled in legal tangle as a writer from Madhya Pradesh moved the Bombay High Court stating in his petition that he is the writer of the script and is not paid the dues for it. So Rakesh Roshan should pay him a compensation of Rs. Two crore or the court should grant a stay to the release of ‘Krrish 3’.

As per sources, Uday Singh Rajput a resident of Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh, claimed that he had registered the script at the Film Writers Association on July 23, 2008. Later he had met Rakesh Roshan who had promised to pay him if he uses the script, but he has not paid up and also claimed that he is the original writer of Krrish 3. Rakesh Roshan on his part filed a caveat in the High Court requesting that he too should be heard in the matter and no relief should be granted to Rajput before that. In his written application to the court Roshan Sr has stated that Rubin Bhatt is the writer of the script and registered it on March 3,2011.
So what twist this tale takes is a matter of concern, as ‘Krrish 3’ fans are eagerly awaiting the release.
