Kunal Kemmu is an avid follower of Lord Shiva and he took his love to another level recently, after he got inked with an ‘Om Namah Shivaay’ tattoo on his back.
Eric Jason D’Souza, the tattoo artist reveals that Kunal saw a Shivaay tattoo on someone else and wanted to cover up the Shiva tattoo on his calf. He says, “It’s a tattoo called Om Namah Shivaay designed using the Devanagari script. Kunal loved it and asked us if we could do the same. As we usually don’t copy others designs, we re-designed this into something else with a trishul and styled it our own way.”

He adds, “Kunal chose typography over fancy imagery. He was supposed to have it on his hand but as he has a well-built body, we thought it would look better on his back. The reason he wanted this tattoo was because he’s a devout follower of Lord Shiva.”
The actor already has a tattoo of Shiva on his ankle which will also be re-designed in another way. Soha Ali Khan was with Kunal Kemmu during the process.
