Check out the Kuttey trailer here:
On Tuesday morning, the makers released the trailer of the film that opens with a scene where Arjun Kapoor is standing face to face with the other actors pointing a gun at his face, and this scene sets the tone of the film. From what we can gauge from the trailer, the film is a story of a heist being planned, and unknowingly more people keep getting added to it, with each trying to one-up the other. It marks the directorial debut of Vishal’s son Aasmaan Bhardwaj and the youngster seems to have done an impressive job at it.

Arjun is back to the avatar one saw of his in films like Ishaqzaade and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, and the actor seems quite comfortable in it. He has the quirkiness required from his character. Tabu as a foul-mouthed corrupt cop looks perfect for the part, while Radhika as a cunning young girl with a twisted mind offers something really new. Naseeruddin Shah, Kumud Mishra and Konkona are all actors who come with a certain credibility that comes with their names and they indeed live up to them. Shardul is a new face and it will be exciting to see how he makes his place amongst all these iconic names. What makes the trailer all the more intriguing is the background music of Kaminey’s Dhan Te Nan, that comes towards the end.
