‘Laal Kaptaan’: Sonakshi Sinha to make a special appearance in the Saif Ali Khan starrer 

From a very long time, there were speculations that Sonakshi Sinha would be portraying a special appearance role in Saif Ali Khan’s starrer ‘Laal Kaptaan’. After the audience was taken aback with the fantastic first look of Saif from the movie, the makers have now unveiled Sonakshi’s first look from the film and confirmed the reports that she is a part of the film.

Apparently, the plot of the film revolves around the life of a naga sadhu, portrayed by Saif in the film and it is said to be a revenge drama. In the first look picture, Sonakshi Sinha looks mesmerizing dressed up traditionally, sitting in a lavish backdrop. Check out her picture right here below.

While spilling the beans on Sonakshi’s character, the director of the film, Navdeep Singh has informed News 18 that, “It’s a special appearance but a pivotal one. I wanted somebody who would leave an impression, someone with star quality and appeal. Sonakshi fit the bill perfectly. I’ll leave her part as a mystery. All I’ll say is she’s the most glamorous thing in the film.”

Apart from Saif Ali Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, the film also features Zoya Hussain, Manav Vij, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Deepak Dobriyal in key characters. The much-anticipated thriller, ‘Laal Kaptaan’ is slated to release on October 18.
