Actress Alia Bhatt, who flaunts glowing skin on the big screen, says every youngster should lead a healthy life as it is one of the first steps to follow for being pimple-free.
On a sunny Tuesday afternoon, Alia took an open-air bus ride around Marine Drive here, atop the ‘Garnier Bandwagon’ along with 10 lucky Garnier PureActive contest winners and her fans.
The event was a celebration of the success of Garnier PureActive Neem+Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash, and Alia was seen enjoing some fun moments with her fans.
“I’m campaigning a fight against pimples for almost two years now. I think the general idea is to reach out to the youth and to my fans and to anybody who probably likes my work and follows my work. It is necessary for every young girl to lead healthy and fresh life,” Alia told IANS.
“I really like the concept of Garnier Bandwagon which basically kind of promote the idea of being outdoors and embracing it,” she added.
Using traditional ingredients like Neem and Tulsi and modernising them in a format that would best suit young consumers, Garnier promises to promote the philosophy of ‘Nature Boosted by Science’.
Asked if she tries such natural methods in her day-to-day life, Alia said: “I’m all in for natural form of medicines even whether it is Ayurveda or homeopathy or anything. From Fuller’s earth, aloevera…all these things that are nice for your skin and I’m up for that.”
