Lisa Haydon shares inspirational message on fitness flaunting her baby bump

Pregger Lisa Haydon is giving us mommy goals with her latest Instagram picture. Lisa is pregnant with her second child with husband Dino Lalvani. She has been updating about the phase of her pregnancy on social media with some stunning pictures flaunting her baby bump.

Yesterday, taking to her Instagram handle Lisa shared a picture of her where she is seen taking a selfie of her flaunting her baby bump. The picture is apparently from a workout session. Lisa donned a black crop top and a pair of cream shorts. In the post, she wrote how her sister dragged her to the gym. She also wrote, “Of course I understand being fit can lead to a healthier labour etc.. but I think it’s really important to remember at this stage.. no matter how well I train , I’m only going to get bigger ? Ok, with that in mind , let’s do it.”
