Varun Dhawan’s childhood memory about Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol is indeed hilarious

As a kid, we always make a lot of assumption. We believe what we see even if it’s just fictional. This goes with star kids too. As a kid, David Dhawan’s most notorious kid Varun Dhawan too had a lot of assumptions and half of them were completely wrong. On ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil,’ Varun recently promoted ‘Dilwale’ with his co-stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Kriti Sanon and just like usual it was one hilarious episode with the entire crew creating a laughter riot. Amongst all the rib-tickling jokes, Varun revealed one his cutest childhood memory which was amusing as well as hysterical at the same.

As a child, Varun used to believe that Kajol is Shah Rukh Khan’s real wife. Yes, after watching their sizzling chemistry in ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ young Varun Dhawan thought that they are real life couples and are married to each other. Only after he encountered Gauri Khan in ‘Mannat,’ he realised that it’s Gauri and not Kajol who holds the title of being SRK’s wife. So the story goes.. One day schoolboy Varun Dhawan landed up at Mannat (Shah Rukh Khan’s residence) to collect donations for a blind association. When he knocked the door SRK’s wife Gauri Khan opened the door. According to his assumption, it’s supposed to Kajol opening the door therefore, he was shocked to see Gauri receiving him. He went and shared this with his mom and that’s when all the confusion got cleared. Varun’s mother made him understand that Gauri Khan is Shah Rukh’s wife and not Kajol.

This revelation coming from Varun Dhawan left the audiences into splits. We must say, you were too cute Varun as a kid!

‘Dilwale’ has opened up to an extremely smashing performance at the box-office and we sure that it would break many records of 2015.
