‘Mehrama’ song: Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan’s romantic track pans out like Imtiaz Ali’s all films clubbed together

Imtiaz Ali is a gifted director and there’s no doubt about it. This Valentine’s Day, he is all set to treat the romantic souls with ‘Love Aaj Kal’. The film stars Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan in the lead. Today the makers dropped its latest song ‘Mehrama’.

Just like ‘Shayad’ and ‘Haan Main Galat’, ‘Mehrama’ too is a lovely and soulful track that will become an instant favourite amongst the music lovers.

Crooned by Darshan Raval and Antara, ‘Mehrama’ chronicles the troublesome part of lovebirds Kartik-Sara’s separation. Lovelorn Kartik ponders what went wrong and why they ended up being away from each other. As I said it before the track composed by Pritam and Irshad Kamil is soothing, however, when you see its video, it feels that you are watching the reel of Imtiaz Ali’s entire filmography.

Every scene will remind you of the director’s previous films like ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Highway’ and the original ‘Love Aaj Kal’.
