‘Love Aaj Kal’: After Sara Ali Khan, now Kartik Aaryan speaks up on working with Imtiaz Ali

Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan starrer, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ has been the talk of the town, ever since the makers had unveiled the first look poster of the upcoming film. As the trailer of the much-awaited film has been unveiled, the stars are yet again creating excitement for the release of the film. At the trailer launch event today, the crew and the star cast were caught speaking about their experiences on working with Imtiaz Ali. Kartik too opens up on his experience of working for Imtiaz’s film.

Kartik Aaryan has been bagging good on the trailer of ‘Love Aaj Kal’. Right before the launch of the trailer, the actor was caught getting emotional, as he hugs Imtiaz Ali while greeting him at the location. While talking about the film, and working for Imtiaz Ali’s directorial, he said, “I am unable to describe my feeling since the time when Imtiaz first called me. We spoke for 45 minutes. We spoke for something else and eventually ‘Love Aaj Kal’ happened. It is a big thing for me. I feel I am living a dream.”

“I have grown up watching films like ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Rockstar’, when I saw this poster I was just seeing it am very happy. It is a complete circle. He saw me in this character of Veer and Raghu, he has changed me completely as an actor, my thought process. He has a simple process. I am glad I worked with him.”

Imtiaz Ali who is known for making romantic drama is also known for pulling out the magic at the box-office with the way he portrays the characters in his directorial. ‘Love Aaj Kal’ is also excitement among the movie lovers is because Imtiaz has helmed the film. The film is slated to hit the silver screens on the occasion of Valentine’s Day i.e February 14.
