Is Priyanka Chopra pregnant? Madhu Chopra clears the air about the baby bump

Priyanka Chopra has been making headlines ever since she tied the knot with American Pop Star Nick Jonas last year. Priyanka is currently busy promoting her upcoming Hollywood film ‘Isn’t It Romantic?’. The ‘Quantico’ star recently appeared at the New York Fashion Week, where she happily posed for paparazzi but in one of the photos, her tummy was sticking out a bit which left her fans wondering if she was already expecting her first child with Nick. Her mom has now cleared the air about the rumours.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have not yet responded to this speculations. However, her mother Madhu Chopra has rubbished the rumours saying that it was the wrong camera angle. Madhu revealed that she has spoken to Priyanka about the rumours related to her baby bump and PeeCee told her that she was tired and consequently, her posture was slumped.

Talking to Mid-Day, Priyanka’s mother said, “It was a bad angle. The outfit was nice She looked like that only in some pictures, the rest were fine. Blame it on the camera angle! When I spoke to Priyanka on the phone, she told me that she was tired and hence, had a slumped posture. I told her what people were saying, and she simply said: ‘Mamma, give me a break!’”

The Bollywood diva got married to Nick Jonas last year in December. The two stars had a Christian and a Hindu wedding and it was attended by only close friends and family members. Since then, the two have been keeping busy with their respective work. But they somehow manage to find time to spend with each other whenever they are in the same city.

On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra will next be seen in ‘The Sky Is Pink’ with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
