Priyanka Chopra’s mom Madhu Chopra reveals why PeeCee skipped Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding

Actress Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha tied the know on 24 September in Udaipur. The wedding was an intimate affair with close friends and family members in attendance. While sister Priyanka could not be a part of the wedding, her mother Madhu Chopra, and brother Siddharth Chopra were seen enjoying the festivities. After the wedding, as Madhu Chopra was spotted leaving the venue, she revealed why Priyanka Chopra skipped sister Parineeti Chopra’s wedding.

As paparazzi clicked Madhu at the airport, they asked her about the actress’ absence. To which Madhu replied, “Wo kam kar rahe the (She was busy with work).” When paps asked how was the wedding, she said, “very good.” Another pap asked her to describe how beautiful Parineeti looked in her wedding dress. Reacting to this Madhu told, “Vaise hi khubsoorat hai, aur achi lag rahi thi (She is pretty anyway, so she was looking even more beautiful.).“

About Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s wedding

The couple’s wedding took place on September 24 at the Leela Palace in Udaipur. For the big day, Raghav’s baarat arrived in the boat at the bride’s venue after which ceremonies like Jaimala, pheras, and vidaai took place. In the evening, the couple also hosted a reception for the guests present at the venue. The actress has now shared the first pictures from her wedding in which she looks dreamy in an ivory coloured attire. While Raghav Chadha opted for a white Sherwani.
