Madhuri Dixit pens a thoughtful birthday wish as son Arin turns 18; says, ‘With freedom comes responsibilities’

Madhuri Dixit’s elder son Arin has turned a year older today. On his 18th birthday, Madhuri has posted a thoughtful birthday post for her son. The Kalank actress shared a childhood picture of Arin and a boomerang of them together. Last year Arin joined his mom when she sang Ed Sheeran’s song Perfect during the online live #IForIndia concert Arin played the piano and Madhuri crooned the song. The boomerang is from the same concert. In the post, Madhuri reminded Arin that “with freedom comes responsibilities”. She also asked him to “make good on all the opportunities that come his way” and “live life to the fullest”.

“My baby is officially an adult. Happy 18th birthday, Arin. Just remember that with freedom comes responsibilities. From today the world is yours to enjoy, protect and brighten. Make good on all the opportunities that come your way and live life to the fullest. Hope your journey is an unforgettable adventure. Love you(sic),” Madhuri wrote alongside the pic and the video.

Anil Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Rakhi Sawant and other celebs are all hearts for Madhuri’s post. Riteish Deshmukh wished Arin as he wrote, “Happy Birthday Young Man – pods of love to you”.

Madhuri and husband Dr Sriram Nene have one more son, Raayan who is 16. Earlier, Madhuri told Hindustan Times that they are like any other normal family and have managed to keep a low profile with their kids in the media.
