Today marks the couple’s 23rd wedding anniversary and Dr Nene proved how fresh their romance still is as he penned a heartfelt note for wife Madhuri Dixit along with an adorable throwback picture of them together.

Taking to Instagram, Dr Nene shared a beautiful picture of Madhuri and him from their initial days together. The two look so innocent in the picture and Madhuri’s charm is unmissable. She is glowing with the same spark that she had during the ’90s, and the picture reminds of those days. The couple look so happy together and their smiles speaks volumes about their love for each other.

Along with the throwback picture, Dr Nene also penned a heartfelt love letter for his wife in the caption. Madhuri and Dr Nene got married on October 17, 1999 in a traditional ceremony. After their marriage, the couple relocated to Denver where they had their two sons Arin and Ryan. For over a decade, the whole family stayed in the US where Dr Nene built on his medical practise while Madhuri focused on their family. They moved back to Mumbai in 2011 and since then, Madhuri has been focusing on her work with Dr Nene being her constant rock. Theirs is a love story for the ages and here’s wishing them a lifetime of togetherness and happiness.
