Madhuri Dixit : What Shreesanth has done before Jhalak is none of our business

The new season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa had a smashing premier launch. The premiere episode spanned two nights of over an hour each. There are many new contestants who will be showcasing their talent on the dance floor. From the cricket world we have a disgraced cricketer, accused of match-fixing and other dodgy activities and resigned to a life of ignominy, none other than Sreesanth the brat.

Actor Madhuri Dixit Nene, who is judging dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, feels best dancer may not win the show as the contestant who strikes a chord with audience eventually emerges victorious. The dancing diva is judging the show for the fourth time in a row. The other judges are filmmaker Karan Johar and choreographer-director Remo D’Souza.

On Sreesanth who is banned for life by the BCCI for his alleged involvement in spot-fixing in IPL, Madhuri Dixit said,”I think we just want to see him (Sreesanth) as a dancer, see his growth. What he has done before and all that is none of our business. He is one of the contestants and we have to judge him on the basis of dance and nothing else.”

Well lets see if the cricketer is able to remove the blemish at least on the dance floor.
