Bollywood stars Varun Dhawan, Ileana D’cruz and Nargis Fakhri, had a harrowing experience in Indore, where they had gone down to promote their next ‘Main Tera Hero’. It so happened that the luxury cars in which they were travelling were seized midway by the Regional Transport Authority (RTO). This was because the authorities had serious doubts over the authenticity of two among the three number plates on the cars that were being used by crew of ‘Main Tera Hero’.
As per sources, the trio was travelling in a convoy of three BMW’s , when they were reportedly asked to halt by the Flying squad of the Transport department. During the check up on the drivers of the cars, it came to light that the vehicles were not registered as the drivers could not produce the registration papers. The stars were instructed to sit in the third car and proceed. The cars in question belong to a local car dealer. RTO released them after the dealer paid Rs 7 lakh towards the tax.
The movie Main Tera Hero is scheduled to release on April 4.
