‘Hotel Milan’ actress Malvi Malhotra stabbed multiple times allegedly for refusing marriage proposal

In a shocking turn of events, television and Hindi film actress Malvi Malhotra was apparently stabbed multiple times by a producer Yogesh Kumar. The actress was immediately rushed to a hospital in Mumbai. And the latest updates suggest that her condition is stable now.

According to a report in Peeping Moon, the actress was attacked by Yogesh for turning down his marriage proposal. Read on to know the details.

Reportedly, the horrific incident took place on Monday night in Lokhandwala. Talking about the incident a source was quoted saying in Peeping Moon as, “Malvi stepped out of her house on Monday night when Yogesh Kumar came in an Audi came in front of the actress and tried to talk to her. When Malvi refused to talk to him, he attacked her with a sharp knife, not once, not twice but four times. Seeing the people present at the scene, the producer escaped in the car.”

Yogesh came in contact with Malvi for some production work. Later he proposed marriage to the actress which she turned down. It is being said that Malvi’s refusal irked Yogesh following which he attacked her for the same reason.

The report further states that a complaint has been filed against Yogesh in Versova Police Station. And according to the complaint, Malvi had met Yogesh via Facebook in 2019. And despite Malvi’s refusal to marry Yogesh, he has been following her. The actress had even blocked him on social media. CCTV footage of the incident has been found by the police officer.

On the work front, Malvi made her small screen debut with the show ‘Udaan’. Later she entered Bollywood with ‘Hotel Milan’. She is also known for her work in Tamil film industry.
