Ahead of ‘Manikarnika’ teaser release, Kangana Ranaut seeks blessings at Adiyogi

Actress Kangana Ranaut’s last film ‘Simran’ may have failed to live up to everyone’s expectations, but the fiery actress is back again with her first biographical drama ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.

After several speculations over the film’s release date, just a few days back, the makers of the film announced that its teaser will be out on August 15. And yesterday, Kangana’s team posted a very beautiful picture of the actress soaking divinity and seeking the blessings of the almighty Adiyogi in Coimbatore.

Dressed in a white saree, Kangana is looking even more beautiful as she can be seen standing against the scenic backdrop. Helmed by Krish, ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is all set to hit the silver screens on January 25, 2019. The film also stars Sonu Sood, Ankita Lokhande and Atul Kulkarni in pivotal roles.

Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ is all set to clash at the box office with none other than Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘Super 30’ which also happens to be a biopic. Now with films of two big stars clashing, it’s evident that both of them will be needing the Almighty’s blessing. However only time will tell which of these two films will emerge as a winner at the box-office.

Apart from ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’, Kangana will also be seen in ‘Mental Hai Kya’ and filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s untitled next.
