Manushi Chhillar recalls a SCARY incident on the sets of Akshay Kumar starrer Prithviraj

Manushi Chhillar will be making her debut in Bollywood with Prithviraj, co-starring Akshay Kumar. The actress is beyond excited and currently awaiting the film’s release. She is leaving no stone unturned to promote her film. In a recent interview, Manushi revealed a scary incident that took place during the film’s shoot at Thar desert.

She shared that she got stuck in a sand-storm in the deserts of Rajasthan while shooting for an important scene of her debut film.

Recalling the incident, she told IANS, “I was on top of a sand dune and the crew had to shoot me from below. I could see them motioning to me, trying to say something but I couldn’t hear anything. I could see them waving and shouting but the voice didn’t carry and I thought that they were talking about the scene.”

She added, “Suddenly someone from the choreography team just pushed me down, and I literally rolled down the sand dune and they caught hold of me! It was a little scary when the sand-storm blew over us, with vans shaking and a black out. I was whisked off to my vanity van and we all took cover! We did resume shooting after some time but it was a strong sand storm.”

A couple of days back, Manushi celebrated her birthday and co-star Akshay Kumar had penned a note for her. The actor had shared a photo and captioned it, “I know the wait for your debut has been a long one, but you managed it just like a Princess with utmost poise and dignity. Now it’s almost time… Happy birthday @manushi.chhillar, wishing you all the happiness in life.” Manushi replied, “Thank you, sir. Couldn’t have asked for a better costar. You inspire all of us.”
