Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra blessed with a baby girl; Sonam Kapoor, Richa Chadha, Bipasha Basu congratulate new parents

Ace designer Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra have now welcomed their first child, a daughter on the auspicious day of Dusshera. On Saturday, they took to their Instagram and dropped an official statement on the arrival of their very special little girl. Announcing the arrival of a daughter, Masaba and Satyadeep said in their joint statement, “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day.”

After the arrival of the baby, several Bollywood celebs have congratulated the new parents. Dia Mirza shared, “Welcome to our world baby girl.” While Sonam Kapoor said, “I’m so excited and happy.” Shilpa Shetty commented, “Congratulations my darling,” on the other hand, Sophie Choudhary said, “Congratulations you guys! So much love and all the blessings to your Angel.” Bipasha Basu expressed her joy as she said, “Yayyyy Congratulations.”

Earlier, during an interview with ETimes, Masaba revealed she doesn’t intend to burden her mother Neena Gupta with responsibilities when her baby comes. Masaba shared: “I intend to be a hands-on parent like my mother because she did a lot by herself. I will be perfect in some areas, and imperfect in some, but I will be learning every day. Babies are super resilient. I don’t want to put any pressure even on my mother to be around the baby because she has her own life.”

Masaba Gupta married actor Satyadeep Mishra on January 27, 2023, in a private intimate ceremony. They even worked together in the Netflix series Masaba Masaba.
