After trial separation, Masaba Gupta and Madhu Mantena now heading for divorce?

Last year designer Masaba Gupta and producer Madhu Mantena decided to go for a trial separation after three years of marriage. The couple issued statements announcing their decision to separate in August 2018. Now the latest reports suggest that Masaba and Madhu have now decided to head for divorce.

In their statement, Masaba had said, “With a lot of sadness, Madhu and I have today decided to go on a trial separation in our marriage. Both of us have taken this decision in consultation with professionals and our parents.”

Now according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, today morning the couple were at Bandra’s family court to attend the court proceedings for their divorce. A source present at the court proceedings told Mumbai Mirror, “In an amicable dissolution of their marriage, both Madhu and Masaba presented a dignified appeal in court. Masaba refrained from exerting her rights for alimony provision.”

Madhu and Masaba have remained cordial even after going for separation. The couple’s families and friends too have supported their decision to go for divorce. We are waiting for them to issue an official statement about their divorce.
