Phillauri fame Mehreen Pirzada to marry politician Bhavya Bishnoi; couple to get engaged on THIS date

Actress Mehreen Pirzada is all set to get engaged to politician Bhavya Bishnoi. Bhavya is the grandson of former Haryana CM, late Bhajan Lal and son of Adampur MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi. Mehreen’s mother Pammi Pirzada revealed that the engagement will take place in March near Jaipur but the wedding date is yet to be finalised.

The Phillauri actress’ mother also revealed that it is an arranged marriage set-up. They received the proposal during the lockdown. She also said that Mehreen and Bhavya hadn’t met before and they were introduced over the phone as meeting in person back then wasn’t possible because of the pandemic.

Mehreen’s mother further told Times Now, “Eventually, the families also met and got to know each other. It was important that they (Mehreen and Bhavya) be comfortable with each other. We haven’t fixed the wedding date yet. We are hoping the COVID-19 situation would get even better soon and we can have a grand celebration”

The Pattas actress’ mother said that the engagement will be a private affair and it will be held on March 12 at Alila Fort, near Jaipur. She also shared that they are following the Covid-19 guidelines and will have a very minimal guestlist.

Apart from being a politician, Bishnoi is a TEDx speaker and fitness enthusiast. Mehreen is currently shooting for Telugu film F3. Mehreen works predominantly in Telugu and Tamil films. She made her Bollywood debut with Phillauri ( 2017). The film also featured Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma.
