After Poonam Pandey, Milind Soman booked for his social media post of running naked on a beach in Goa

Milind Soman has been making headlines with his picture of running naked on a beach in Goa. Now, after Poonam Pandey who was in similar trouble, a case has been registered against Milind, under IPC Section 294 (Obscene acts and songs) and 67 (Punishment for publishing/transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act for his social media post.

Earlier, an FIR was registered against Poonam Pandey for filming ‘obscene video’ in Goa and then she was also arrested. Milind Soman had found himself in similar legal soup after he posted a naked picture of himself on his Instagram account.

Accoring to a report by ANI, Soman has been booked by the South Goa district police on Thursday for promoting obscenity. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police South Goa said, “An organisation called Goa Suraksha Manch had given a complaint against Milind Soman for running nude on a beach in South Goa and then circulating those pictures on social media.” He also added that a case has been registered in Colva Police Station under Section 294 IPC and 67 IT Act against the actor- model.

Milind had shared his nude picture on his birthday. Taking to his Instagram account, he wrote, “Happy birthday to me !#55 ? @ankita_earthy(sic)”

Meanwhile, Poonam and her husband Sam Bombay were arrested by the Goa Police for allegedly trespassing on government property and filming ‘obscene’ video.
