Mira Rajput SLAMS Sicily resort for being ‘insensitive’ as she can’t find veg food

Shahid Kapoor is vacationing in Europe with his wife, Mira Rajput, and kids, Misha and Zain. The Jersey actor has left no chance to treat his fans with some stunning photos. Shahid Kapoor and his family travelled to Switzerland and then moved forward to Italy. It was on Tuesday that Shahid’s wife shared photos of her from their time in Italy’s Sicily.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Mira Rajput called out the resort Shahid and she stayed at in Sicily, for being ‘insensitive’ towards their dietary requirements. The star wife revealed her family faced difficulties in finding ‘vegetarian food’ in Sicily. Mira in her Instagram stories mentioned that the resort they stayed at had ‘limited food options’ and dirty sheets.

In her first story, the star wife wrote, “Beautiful Sicily. Skip @verduraresortsicily if you’re an Indian or a vegetarian. Limited food options, without an attempt to make a vegetarian feel comforted. Poor linen and dirty sheets… Not one to complain but..let’s keep the list tight… Heading to Palermo! Ciao (victory hand emoji).”

Mira further made another story and continued, “At a time when veganism is a global movement and an accepted way of life (unlike 5-7 years ago when making anything without egg was unheard of), it’s disappointing when large hotel groups are insensitive to dietary requirements, even when informed in advance. Removing meat from any dish does not make you accommodating. And please–sliced fruit is NOT a dessert.”

Earlier, taking to his Instagram stories, even Shahid Kapoor had expressed his disappointment over food options in Sicily. The Jersey actor shared a video of two alpacas chewing and wrote, “Feels like us trying to find veg food in Sicily … (pleading face emoji).”

Meanwhile, Shahid had shared a family photo of him with his wife and kids. The photo shows Mira seated on the edge of a cliff with her kids Misha and Zain, overlooking the landscape and mountains. Sharing the family photo, the Jersey actor wrote, “The heart is always full when you are with the ones who matter most. Unconditional pure and basic. Be with those who make your heart full. Always got your back my (heart icon)’s (sic).”

Shahid and Mira are currently in Palermo with their kids, after they spent time in Sicily. The star wife informed her followers on social media about her next destination.
