Mira Rajput: Shahid Kapoor is the most loving and supportive husband

Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor completed three years of being together on July 7 and their bond has just become stronger over time. The two have never failed to make their fans fall in love with them, in fact, they are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood.

The duo are all set to embrace parenthood once again and had announced the news in the most adorable manner. They shared a photo of Misha Kapoor with ‘Big sister’ written in chalk around balloons.

The couple, who are doting parents to daughter Misha Kapoor will welcome their second baby in October.

In an interview with Vogue, Mira Rajput spoke about pregnancy cravings, sweetest thing husband Shahid Kapoor has done during her pregnancy and the best part about being pregnant.

Talking about Shahid Kapoor, Mira said, “Shahid is an extremely loving and supportive husband. It comes naturally to him. The smallest things he does make me smile and feel so loved, like when I wake him up in the middle of the night with a foot cramp and he soothes it. Or how hands-on he is with Misha and has really made sure she doesn’t feel the lack of my attention and presence, especially in these last few weeks where I can’t pick her up or play very much with her. It’s everything put together. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to walk beside me through this journey.”

Mira also said that her second pregnancy is special as her daughter Misha is also a part of the journey, “There is no one thing as such; the entire process is just so special. Being able to bring a life into this world, feel it grow inside, and being able to connect with the baby before it has actually even arrived is surreal. And this time it’s been so interesting to see how Misha has been through the entire process. She knows there is a baby inside and she says, ‘Hi Baby!’ every day to my tummy,” she shared.

Hubby Shahid Kapoor is busy with the post production of ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ and the prep of ‘Arjun Reddy’ remake. With wife Mira Rajput in her final trimester now, the doting husband has chalked out his work schedule in a manner that will allow him paternity leave in September. He will shoot for a month for Arjun Reddy that is going on floor in mid-August and then spend time with his family.
