‘Mission Mangal’ Mid-Ticket Review: The first half does ignite the audience’s imagination

The first half of ‘Mission Mangal’ does ignite the audience’s imagination. Everyone except Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan has a special appearance (we didn’t know that). The movie’s biggest achievement is that it breaks complex scientific concepts into interesting tidbits. In the scene where Vidya Balan fries a puri to explain her Mars project, one feels goosebumps.

I am sure that the movie will inspire many students to become scientists. The movie starts by showing a failed ISRO mission. After that, Vidya and Akshay hatch a genius mission to go to Mars. Despite the improbable odds, you believe that these bunch of people will be successful. We are definitely looking forward to the second half.
