Mithun Chakraborty hospitalised after complaining of chest pain- Reports

According to the latest reports, veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty has been hospitalised in Kolkata hospital. He was rushed to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata after complaining of chest pain. Reportedly, he is currently undergoing treatment; however, a confirmation or reaction from his family has not been revealed. The hospital too didn’t release any official information regarding Mithun Chakraborty being hospitalised.

Mithun Chakraborty honoured with Padma Bhushan

In January 2024, Mithun Chakraborty was bestowed with the Padma Bhushan by the Government of India. Expressing his gratitude in a video, he was heard saying, “I am proud, I am happy to have received this award. I would like to thank everyone. I’ve never asked anything for myself from anyone. I am experiencing the feeling of receiving something without asking today. It’s a different feeling altogether. It’s a great feeling.”

Even Mithun’s son Namashi Chakraborty shared a video of his father’s reaction after receiving the award. The Kashmir Files actor said, “Bohot khushi, bohot anand, sab kuch mila ke ek aisi feeling hai jo main bayaan nahi kar sakta. Bohot takleefo ke baad jab itna bada sammaan milta hai toh uski feeling hi kuch aur hoti hai.“
