Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty in hospital? Son Mimoh reveals the truth

Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty has been ruling the hearts of his fans since decades now. The actor was last seen in Vivek Agnihotri’s acclaimed film The Kashmir Files. The actor is currently seen as a judge in the reality show Hunarbaaz: Desh Ki Shaan. A picture of Mithun Chakraborty has been going viral on social media these days. In the pics he is seen lying on a hospital bed.

His photo from the hospital bed shared by former Member of Parliament and BJP National Secretary Dr. Anupam Hazra on Saturday, April 30, is going viral on the internet. Along with sharing the photo, he had written “Get well soon Mithun Da”.

Seeing this photo, netizens had shown their concern for the actor’s health. Looks like their prayers have been granted as the actor is back home.

Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mimoh revealed that the viral picture of the actor is from his recent visit to the hospital. He added that his father Mithun Chakraborty was rushed to a private hospital in Bengaluru, Karnataka after he complained of severe stomach ache, fever and similar symptoms. The 71-year-old actor is now discharged.

His son, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, also known as Mimoh Chakraborty said, “He was admitted due to kidney stones. He is discharged from the hospital and now he is fit and fine.”

Having featured in more than 130 movies in his career, Mithun Chakraborty will soon be seen starring in a Bengali film Projapoti.
