MOGUL: Akshay Kumar REFUTES claims of walking out, says he is still part of the film

Akshay Kumar is an extremely busy man. He has his ‘PadMan’ releasing on January 26 and then he has quite a few films to shoot. One of the films is ‘Mogul’ based on the life of music baron Gulshan Kumar.

Bhushan Kumar has taken up the challenge of bringing the story of his father Gulshan Kumar on celluloid and Akshay would be playing the titular role in it. But of late, reports had it that Akshay has stepped out of the this project. Reason being, the film is taking too long to go on floors and hence, it was lead to some date issues.

But in a recent interaction, Akshay refuted all these rumours. He said that he is very much a part of this film and it is in its scripting stage.

Gulshan Kumar whose rags to riches story inspired one and all suffered a very tragic death. He became a target of underworld and was brutally murdered outside a Shiva temple in Mumbai.
