Mona Singh set for another comedy adventure; to play a gangster in her next- Report

Mona Singh who has recently impressed audiences with her brilliant performance in the horror-comedy film Munjya – which entered the Rs 100 crores, is all set to star in a project produced by Aamir Khan Productions. Mona has a choc-o-bloc schedule and is all geared up for her upcoming movie with Aamir Khan Productions.

This is the third time the actress will be collaborating with Aamir Khan and fans are super excited. Mona recently wrapped up the shoot of the film where she will be seen in a never seen before avatar.

Mona Singh to play a gangster

An independent industry source revealed, “Mona has just finished filming with Aamir Khan Productions. She is going to play a gangster in the film. The film will take you back to Delhi Belly days. The film will be another comedy adventure for Mona after Munjya. This news comedy adventure marks her hat-trick with Aamir Khan Productions.”

Mona upcoming projects

Mona Singh’s last big screen outing was the 2024 sleeper hit Munjya. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the supernatural comedy horror starred Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles. Released in June 7, it is the third film in the Maddock Supernatural Universe and focuses on the legend of munjya, inspired by Indian folklore and mythology. She also has Happy Patel Khatarnaak Jasoos in the pipeline.
