More complications in Karisma Kapoor’s alleged boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal’s divorce

After years of refusing to divorce Sandeep Toshniwal, his ex-wife, Dr Ashrita finally began with the preliminary proceedings of divorce. This might be a sigh of relief for Karisma Kapoor who is reportedly dating Sandeep.

However, this relief was rather short lived as Sandeep’s divorce proceedings are again facing roadblocks. (Also Read: Karisma Kapoor spotted with her alleged boyfriend Sandeep Toshniwal)

Sandeep and Ashrita had mutually decided on an alimony which was Rs 2 crore for Dr. Ashrita and Rs 3 crore each for both the daughters (11-year-old and 6-year-old each), and the couple had decided to file for divorce with mutual consent. But it seems Ashrita has changed her mind at the last moment.

On Tuesday, Ashrita appeared in court and said that even though she is fine with the amount decided, she will not agree with the demand to declare the investments she makes with the amount, which is the protocol when the settlements are made in court to make sure that the right heir gets his/her money. This is when no decision was arrived upon, and the court proceedings ended.

Ashrita will now be cross-examined in court once again. We wonder where this is going. Watch this space for more updates.
