On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Ananya Panday decided to go down the memory lane by posting a few sweet throwback pictures, featuring herself and her mother Bhavana Pandey. In the pictures,we can see young Bhavana Panday as a doting mother having fun with tiny Ananya on a beach. Undoubtedly they have an amazing mother-daughter bond. Chunky Panday and his ladylove Bhavana Panday got married back in January 1998 after being in a relationship for a while. In one of his recent interview with Free Press Journal, the Housefull 4 star took a stroll down memory lane and revealed that they first met each other at Delhi’s Ghungroo discotheque. He also shared that Bhavana’s college friend, Ivy George, played cupid for her. Bhavna is a Costume Designer and she also has a fashion brand named LoveGen.

Meanwhile, Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger was announced amid huge fanfare a few months ago. Karan Johar not only unveiled the title but also, shared the release date. The film was all set to hit theatres on September 9, 2021. But now, we hear that it has been indefinitely pushed ahead. The teaser release of South star Deverakonda’s pan-India movie Liger has been pushed by the makers as the country fights the second wave of coronavirus pandemic. The news came on the occasion of Deverakonda’s birthday. The actor and the makers of Liger issued a joint statement expressing their concern over the surge in COVID-19 cases in India and said the teaser of their film will be released later.

The first poster of the movie was unveiled in January this year. The film will be releasing in five languages — Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
