Fashion trends come and go, but our fixation for leather bags and jackets will stay until eternity. Every woman pines for that one essential leather jacket in her wardrobe and it ain’t any different for our Bollywood divas.

Last evening, actress Vaani Kapoor chose the quintessential black leather jacket for an event in Delhi. She paired the black leather jacket with a black lace top inside and dark blue jeans. And she had black tall boots to round off her classy look. Not just her choice of clothes, but her sleek hairdo and her makeup made her look elegant. She had all the androgynous elements in her look, compiled to complement her perfectly. And boy, did she rock it? Yes she did. While Vaani has usually been cautious with her sartorial choices, this comes as a welcome change because it’s an amalgamation of class and simplicity, with an edge to it, at the same time.

Verdict…

Even though leather jackets have been done and dusted in B-Town, the way Vaani carried it with those boots, hairdo and the makeup is what scores for us quite well.
