Mukesh Chhabra on Fardeen Khan’s comeback: The moment I find something very interesting, I would definitely cast him

Recently, Fardeen Khan was spotted outside casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s office. The actor looked fit as a fiddle in the pictures. His fat to fit transformation left everyone stunned and fans went gaga over his new avatar. As he was snapped outside Chhabra’s office, people speculated that he is going to make a comeback.

During our interview with Mukesh Chhabra, we asked if he is planning anything for Fardeen, to which he said, “As the digital world is open, everybody wants to just come back and do a better job. We met and had a great chat. The moment I find something very interesting whether it is a film or a web series, I would definitely cast him.  Everyone deserves the right opportunity whether he is a new or an established actor and they can re-discover themselves. I am happy that Fardeen is looking absolutely stunning.”

When asked what challenges he faces while casting an actor if he/she wants to make a comeback, Chhabra said, “There are challenges. You should always surprise people with casting and I always keep that in mind. You have to take very interesting decisions when you cast. Casting should be interesting so that it will be helpful for the actors and the show also works. If they are not right for the part, you can’t put them there. I think there should be a scene where you can actually cast them.”

Fardeen was last seen in the 2010 film ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ opposite Sushmita Sen.
