Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on 14 June and his last movie is going to be ‘Dil Bechara’. The movie is directed by Mukesh Chhabra and he shares a very good bond with Sushant. Mukesh had made a very special promise to Sushant regarding ‘Dil Bechara’ but after Sushant’s demise it remained unfulfilled and Mukesh is deeply saddened by it.
‘Dil Bechara’ is based on John Green’s novel titled ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. The English version of the movie stars Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodly. So Mukesh had promised Sushant to get Ansel on the trailer launch of the movie but that could not happen and that has left Mukesh heartbroken.
In a Twitter ask session, Mukesh was asked, about the same and he wrote back saying, “Man it was my dream but they say that not every dream is fulfilled. I wanted to bring Ansel Elgort and Sushant on one stage at the trailer launch of Dil Bechara. This was my promise to Sushant. Everyone was very happy when one and a half years ago Ansel also tweeted about the film.”
#Raghuvarta https://t.co/guUjEv8UtA

Mukesh also revealed that Sushant had not seen the final cut of the film. Mukesh wrote, that Sushant had seen the entire film during dubbing. Sadly, he could not watch the final film. He further wrote that it is his first film but can’t understand whether to be happy or sad.
#Raghuvarta https://t.co/O6JmcBSLsG
