Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan‘s trouble are on the increase, after getting injured during his shoot for ‘Fan’. The Khan is now facing a legal problem. The Maharashtra Child Commission has directed Mumbai police to file an FIR against him, for using ‘foul language’ at Wankhede Stadium on May 16, 2012.

Shah Rukh Khan was banned by the association’s managing committee for five years from entering the Wankhede Stadium. This happened after he was involved in fracas with the security staff and officials of the cricket body, after an IPL match played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on May 16, 2012. Shahrukh Khan had denied any altercation with the staff, he said reacted only after children were manhandled by the security staff at the stadium.

The Child Commission of Maharashtra has asked Mumbai police to lodge an FIR against Shahrukh Khan for the brawl. The Commission has said that Shahrukh used foul words and abused the MCA officials in open where kids were also around. It has ordered the police to register FIR under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2006. Also, the commission has sought an enquiry for not registering any case against Shahrukh Khan at the time of the incident.
