Music composer Shravan Rathod hospitalized after testing positive for COVID; condition critical

Music composer Shravan Rathod of Nadeem-Shravan fame was rushed to hospital after he tested positive for Covid-19. The composer’s son has confirmed that his condition is extremely critical. Shravan is admitted to Mumbai’s SL Raheja hospital. And he is suffering from other comorbidities as well.

Speaking about his father’s health, Sanjeev Rathod told the Indian Express, “Yes, he tested positive for Covid-19 and is admitted to SL Raheja hospital in Mahim, he is very critical as he has other comorbidities also. Please pray for him.”

Shravan’s close friend and lyricist Sameer told Times of India, “Shravan is diabetic and with this infection, his lungs have been totally infected. He has also developed heart issues, please pray to God almighty for his speedy recovery.” 

Back in the 90s, Nadeem-Shravan used to be one of the most sought after musicians. Together they have given some of the best hits like Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahin, Sadak Aashiqui, Saajan, and Deewana,
