Nafisa Ali shares an emotional post on Instagram regarding her cancer

Life is not fair sometimes, don’t you think? Veteran actress Nafisa Ali is fighting cancer and undergoing a very intensive treatment. The actress, though is taking the battle head on and is showing her true fighting spirit. In recent times, we also have the example of Sonali Bendre and Ayushmann Khurrana‘s wife Tahira Kashyap also fighting cancer.

Nafisa Ali took to her Instagram account and shared a very heartfelt and emotional post. The actress obviously was quite emotional and you can’t help but get a little teary-eyed while reading the post. It’s never nice when someone is going through hard times and feeling a little dejected.

Earlier, Nafisa Ali had been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. Nafisa Ali is a well-renowned actress and made her film debut as a young actor in late Shashi Kapoor’s ‘Junoon’ in 1979. Nafisa went on to star in a number of Bollywood films including a few recent ones like ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ and Tigmanshu Dhulia’s gangster drama ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3’.

The actress has also ventured into politics having contested the 2009 elections on a Samajwadi Party ticket. She is now a member of the Congress party. Nafisa was also the chairperson of the Children’s Film Society of India in 2005.

We sincerely hope and pray that Nafisaji recovers from her illness and smashes cancer out of the park.
